Jennifer Kehoe has been serving as a Plymouth city commissioner since 2021. Before that, she served on the Plymouth Planning Commission for over seven years. She is running because she cares deeply about Plymouth’s future and wants to ensure our city’s growth is thoughtful and sustainable, especially as we face major decisions about our downtown, infrastructure, and how to serve a changing community.
She holds master’s degrees in Public Health and Toxicology from the University of Michigan and has a background in scientific research and teaching.

Choose Jennifer Kehoe.
Smart, thoughtful growth
I will guide development that fits Plymouth’s character, focusing on walkability, pedestrian safety, and housing that meets neighborhood needs.
Improving communication with residents
I am committed to a transparent, accessible government. Through public meetings, surveys, and one-on-one conversations, I will ensure residents are informed, heard, and actively involved in shaping Plymouth’s future.
Partnering for parks
Working with partners to ensure that all of our parks are updated and ready for the future.
Investing in Old Village
I will support efforts like the Corridor Improvement Authority to enhance paths, sidewalks, signage, and public art without raising taxes.
